Janos Cooking School is informative, fun, entertaining and a great way to get to know Janos Wilder and learn some of his recipes and cooking tips.  Each class, lasting about two and one half hours will begin at 1:00 PM at the restaurant and consists of discussion, cooking demonstration, beverage pairing and a tasting of the items that have been demonstrated.
