Green Apple, Radish and Watercress Salad
A tart, refreshing salad with a bit of a bite, we like to make this when it starts getting hot outside.
Ingredients
Instructions:
Yield: 3 Cups
1 1/4 Cups - julienne Granny Smith Apple
1/2 Cup - julienne Radishes
1 Cup - watercress leaves
Dressing:
1 oz - fresh lime juice
1 TBSP - granulated sugar
2 TBSP - Thai fish sauce
4 oz - blended oil
1 pinch - red chili flakes
salt to taste
1. Blend all ingredients for the dressing.
2. Toss the apple and radishes together with dressing.
3. To order, toss in the watercress leaves so all ingredients are well coated.
4. Adjust seasoning with salt
